Copyright Notice Procedure

At All Wyoming Forms, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and are committed to helping protect your copyrighted material. Our Copyright Notice Procedure is designed to address any allegations of copyright infringement relating to content published on our website.

Submitting a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on our site, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
  • A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site;
  • Your address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

How to Contact Us

Please direct your copyright infringement notices and all related correspondence to our designated Copyright Agent at the following email address: dmca@wyform.com. We review every submission carefully and will communicate with you further once your report has been processed.

Response to Copyright Infringement Notices

Upon receiving a proper notice of copyright infringement, All Wyoming Forms will take appropriate action, which may include the removal of the infringing content from our website. We also reserve the right to take further action, including the termination of access to our content, for individuals or entities involved in distributing or publishing infringing material.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice containing the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the content; and
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Wyoming, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

Once a valid counter-notice is received, All Wyoming Forms will promptly forward it to the party who submitted the original copyright infringement notice. Afterward, the removed content may be restored or access re-enabled, generally within 10 to 14 business days, unless our Copyright Agent receives notice that a legal action has been filed against the content provider, alleging copyright infringement regarding the material in question.
